Replace Camera?

Post by Bloodlore » 02 May 2018, 03:12

So in one of my crashes, I managed to crack the lens on the camera - it worked, but there was an ugly line in the video so I thought I could pull the glass out and it wouldn't be protected, but the camera would work. Well, it doesn't - it needs the lens to focus. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this or get a replacement camera? Parrot has a web page that offers it for sale, but it's not available and it's crazy expensive: https://www.parrot.com/us/accessories/m ... rrot-mambo I've contacted their support and was given the run around and told to update the firmware... I'm pretty sure a firmware update will not replace the camera lens (nice customer support Parrot).

I guess it's just too new to get replacement cameras. Chances are that you get a broken Mambo from ebay.

Sweet and delicious apps for your drones.
