- This assumes a wireless network card can be set to Promiscuous Mode:
If PC with a wireless network card could be set to Promiscuous Mode, then the PC could passively monitor the video downlink UDP port and pipe the stream to a decoder for real time display on a PC screen and also record it. If that works then it could also be streamed out over the internet. Would not matter if it is laggy.
Perhaps program a DD-WRT compliant wireless access point to assist doing the above.
The above would come in real handy to let others watch your flight (at the flying field or elsewhere).

you could also just share your screen with a program called teamviewer, it will allow people PCs or on tablets or smart phones to view your flight realtime.
