Tools Needed?
I crashed my Mambo and broke one motor holder. They have a replacement "central body" on Amazon (really cheap!) that come with 4 tiny screws but no driver nor instructions. Questions:
1) What driver is needed (appears to be a very small torx)? Are there other tools that I will need for this job? To have handy for future jobs?
2) I assume Parrot provides no instructions. Has anyone written up same? Any tips before I make a fatal mistake?

Re: Tools Needed?
Dirk -- Follow-up on this please:
1) At stage 2, step 2 ("Disconnect the motors' connectors"), I'm not sure how to proceed. Before I apply excessive force and damage something, can you (or anyone) tell me
a) Which direction the connector is supposed to move out of its socket?
c) Is there a spring clamp of some sort holding it, or just friction on contact pins?
b) Any tips on how to do this without damage?
2) Is there a library of these PDFs for other repair tasks? (Although this one alone covers many issues, I presume there are more...)
Thanks again -- JClarkW

Hi Clark,
1) ... other forum ...
2) yes there are more PDFs. No library, but they were part of the "Mambo knowledge base" of the former support forum.

Dirk -- Do I understand that you still have access to this "Mambo knowledge base?" Any way to browse them or at least obtain a list of what's there? -- JClarkWDirk_ANAFI wrote: ↑05 Feb 2019, 08:48...2) yes there are more PDFs. Re: Tools Needed?
Clark,
the Mambo knowledge base is down together with the Parrot support forum. I have no access to this site.
It contained:
- many threads and posts in the forum
- User guides and press releases of Mambo, Flypad, Cockpitglasses 2, ...
- Repair guides for central cross, motors, shells
- FAQ
- technical data
- Basic help texts about accessories, camera, cleaning, battery, flight modes, taking photos, downloading photos, preparing before flight, regulations ...

Re: Tools Needed?
Too bad! Did Parrot itself sponsor the old site? They see to be going out of their way not to provide support for their products! Anyhow thanks for the info and the very useful instructions for central cross. -- JClarkWDirk_ANAFI wrote: ↑05 Feb 2019, 20:18...the Mambo knowledge base is down together with the Parrot support forum.
