After a lot of backwards and forward this was the reply from parrot.
Hi Stuart,

The community forum has been changed providing the required support directly on our website.

So any support from parrot is just from them directly now not the forum. They probably eventually got round to reading what people were saying about there very poor customer service so thought it was best to remove it.

My experience with Parrot support is very mixed at best.
They were great on my first two problems.
1st was bad video from the camera on my Bebop-2. Replaced my Drone with a different one.
2d was when they replaced my Bebop after it just shut off, and fell to ground.

However, after I did the V-4.7.1 update, on drone number 3, I lost my elevation & distance readouts. No GPS from drone! It worked good before the update.
They just kept telling me to reset, re-install FFP, and a lot of other things that made no difference at all. I mentioned, and asked many times about the update causing the problem. They NEVER addressed that issue at all in any of their e-mails to me.
I started 2 separate service requests. Both requests were just shut down after a lot of exchanges with a service person. It was like they were just stringing me along, hoping I would just go away.

This is all within 10 months of receiving my first drone. (Christmas 2017)
In that time, I have been given 2 different drones as replacement for the original.
All three drones have had some sort of issue.

I'm very disappointed with Parrot's latest service. I would not recommend a Parrot drone to anybody, if this is what their service has come to.
