Re: Bebop Control 1.0 for iOS
Thank you Detonator. Bebop Control 1.1 will be available soon. It will fully support the Bebop 2 and adds the ability to also control the camera with your MFI Gamepad. This is a preview:

Re: Bebop Control for iPhone and iPad (compatible with Bebop
Update 1.1 is available
Added full support for the Bebop 2.
Added "last known position" tool. For the experienced users it may seems obvious to gather the last known position of the Bebop from a flight log, for everyone else there is a new menu in the "tool" sections of the settings "last known position". With a tap on this menu you will get the last known flight position of your Bebop Drone. This could be handy if you have to search your Bebop Drone one day in case of an emergency landing or crash - hopefully you will never need it.
Added a new tilt sensitivity "very insane" for the crazy pilots.
Added new button functions to control the camera tilt with your MFI gamepad. This works great for the D-Pad, so much fun.
Added a new help video to show the camera tilt example configuration. (see posting above)
Added app icon for iPad Pro.
Fixed the button issue "not following thumb on pressing" - actually it did follow but you couldn't see it.
Fixed a bug that prevented the offline mode button and help menu button from being pressed everywhere in the square.
Tweaked virtual joysticks to allow a more precise control.
Updated to Parrots SDK Version 3.8. Please make sure you are using firmware 2.0.57 and later for the Bebop drone and firmware 3.0.2 and later for the Bebop 2 drone.

Not in the current version (1.1) but I'm working on an update (1.2) it will support the Skycontroller. The update is delayed because I was sick.

Re: Bebop Control for iPhone and iPad (compatible with Bebop 2)
Version 1.2 of Bebop Control just got live:
Added control 7 and 8, which is one handed control mode, a mix of tilt and joystick control on one side of the screen. Beware: this kind of control needs a lot of practise. It was called the Ace-Mode when the AR.Drone was released in 2010. Unfortunately this mode is not available in the US version due to patent issues.
Skycontroller integration. You can now connect with the old colored Skycontrollers and with the new black edition. This version is not able to pair a Skycontroller to a Bebop, you need to do this in the wifi manager of Free Flight 3.
Added background / foreground handling. You can now leave the app, and get back without having to reconnect. (if not too much time has passed)
Added a higher delay between the automatic flat trim and the take-off. Changed the flat trim message to "Flat Trim before Take-Off" to distinguish it from the normal "Flat Trim" messsage which could be confusing especially when using a gamepad controller.
Diagnosis page shows Parrot SDK version.
Added compass calibration tool. (Settings -> Tools)
Sometimes the video recording did not start although "auto video record" was activated. This is fixed.
Improved offline mode.
Instead of showing a "wifi signal lost" message the app will go to the start menue screen like the Free Flight app does. That way it is more obvious how to reconnect.
The quick tilt button symbol now represents the current camera angle (instead of the next camera angle) this may be confusing at first but it is much more intuitive that before.
GPS Status shows also the amount of found satellites. Bebop 2 only, Bebop 1 can't show the amount of satellites.
App does now calculate the distance between the Bebop drone and the home location. There is a new distance setting and of course the distance is logged in the flight log.
Seperated flight settings and control settings.
Altitude label does now respect the unit settings.
In many FPV flights it turned out that having altitude, speed and distance were split too far across the screen. Those values are now in the upper left on iPhone and iPad and in the lower left when using the Sky Controller.
Upgraded to Parrots SDK 3.8.3.
Tweaked joystick controls. Also increased dead zone when using virtual joysticks.
Added Media library, you can show photos and videos after transfering them from the drone to your device. There is a new row in Settings -> Tools -> Transfer Media.
Because the media library replaces the position of the "offline mode" on the start screen, the offline mode is now an entry in the list of found drones.
Added a litte more alpha to the bottom bar. Tweaked bottom bar.
The quick tilt button is more on the right so you can press it with your thumb on the iPhone.
Flight Log now uses reverse geocode location to show the address of the flight location.
You can now open the last known position in maps für navigation.
Minor Bugfixes.

Re: Bebop Control for iPhone and iPad (compatible with Bebop 2)
Hello,
the current version can not change the amount of seconds, it will be either the default value or if you ever changed the value in the free flight app, it uses the same amount of seconds. (a setting for this is on the to do list)
There is no banked turn but this is on the to do list because as far as I know the latest Bebop firmware supports this.
