Bebop 2 Repair

Post by larry31 » 08 Jun 2018, 21:52

Is there a place I can send my Bebop 2 drone for repair?
I know there's a bunch of videos on repairing them. I don't feel I'm able to do this type of repair myself, and I don't know any one that even flies drones, let alone repairs them.

I tested it at home, and it performed great. I took it out on a site to film a local pond. It gave me trouble making contact with my tablet.
After trying to connect several times, it finally connected. I took off, and it climbed to around 25 - 30 meters, and just went dead. Everything stopped, and it dropped onto a gravel surface. The front lens is scratched. Camera gives fuzzy video, and one prop got bent. It flies ok (with new prop.) but gives fuzzy video.

I can't see anywhere on Parrot's site where they offer repair service. It's out of warranty.

Hello,

as far as I know: there is no place to send them. Alle parts can easily replaced. It's only about finding out what exactly is broken.
