Sky controller 2 not finding GPS

Hi I have just bought another bebop 2 with a sky controller 2 just had a quick fly and I noticed there was no green GPS light next to the controller symbol on my I phone, incidentally I lost signal at 235 m and the drone returned to home, I normally use the sky controller 1 while using my other bebop 2, I bought the sky controller 2 as I had heard the range was greater ? Any help would be much appreciated

I think the controller gets the GPS from the device (phone/tablet) So location services may not be enabled or freeflight does not have permission to access it

Just had a look and you were right the location services were turned off so thank you very much
