Photo issues

Post by Mongosasquatch » 07 Mar 2017, 20:05

A few days ago, I asigned my settings to 720 and high quality. When I took a few pictures, it was in fish eye format. However now when I try, the photos are shown to have been taken as well as an indicator on the memory button showing a number of files are present on freeflight pro. However when I try to download them through WiFi or even usb, the files are not present even though it shows partial memory is used-up. What am I doing wrong?

I took some screenshots to show. The first screen shows there are files available, but the second screen shows there are no files visible.

Hello and welcome to the board,

I would connect the Bebop directly with an usb cable to a PC to check the folder.

Thanks for the welcome. Unfortunatly, as I stated in my original post, neither WiFi nor usb options were working

Maybe try to do a hard reset on Bebop. Hold down on Bebop power button for 20 seconds.

The files were deleted, but still unable to view new photos taken with fish eye mode. Thanks though, I didn't know a hard boot was possible.
