Great spot to fly and some good footage 360.
The music goes well with you style of flying, well done.
Now you have some great footage to edit, try to pick the special bits out and aim for the 3 minute mark.
I know editing a video isn't every ones thing but I actually enjoy that part of the hobby as well.

Ok here's my entry for this week. I wanted to use a different location, but it's been raining for 3 days and now we have winds 20+ mph so I guess I'll just have to use another one from my yard.

Its a challenge to keep your eye on the drone and answer questions, lol. I take the time as much as possible to share this hobby with curious onlookers. Its how this thing can grow.
Yup, the ARD is an onlooker magnet. Nearly every time I went to the park with it somebody would come over and ask about it. Not once since I've been flying the witespy with the fatsharks. I need to get a T-shirt that says "Bother me and I'll assimilate your a$$!" lol

Give it a sec to upload but I couldnt pass up this opportunity. The exciting part is that blue fence is littered with signs saying its a felony to trespass, I cant have this drone crash or lose signal or one of us is toast. Enjoy.

Here's my entry: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNPgLVb7 ... e=youtu.be" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

This is just outside Carowinds amusement park in Charlotte, NC.

I missed shooting the descent. While 100 meters up, I tried to do a screen shot and closed the app! I was able to reopen it and regain control of the drone, but it did not start recording, and I didn't look. I think starting the app mid-flight messed up the altimeter. As I descended, the thing dropped quickly into the street, and was run over by a car. But it still works! The body is broken in half and the nose was bent, but I got lucky, I suppose.

Shot Sunday, May 26th at about 12:30PM.
You can't beat your brain for entertainment.

Thanks for the advice Shaft, I really am clueless on the editing part of this. I use the basic YouTube editor as I have no editing software.

Hey AKC Cobra? How high was that flight of yours?

Hi,
This is my contribution to the post. I tried to find an interesting point of view for this "up up" week.
My drone is not modified so my max altitude was limited especially because I was not exactly under the drone and because I am a beginner ;-)
Enjoy 8-)

Edit : It seems there is a bug with my video but I can't check it from my office
Edit 2 : It works now

We've had a great lot of entries this week!

I'll be closing the comp and doing up the poll in approx 16 hours from now, as I said entries close on Monday and I'm way ahead of most in Australia I'll close this early Tuesday morning my time.

Awesome video! I saw these cranes yesterday I think, as we pulled into wiregrass mall -- to the east of it? How high did you get? (just curious how tall those cranes really are)

The highest altitude that I saw on the graph was 66 meters so @ 216 feet

I have no idea 360, that was done with my witespy and I don't have any OSD or telemetry installed, so I have no idea about things like altitude and airspeed. It was pretty high I guess lol.

BTW, do you have a Windows PC? If so try using Windows Movie Maker. It's free and is a pretty decent editor. It does about 95% of what I need anyway. The only thing I'd like to be able to do that I haven't been able to figure out yet is how to have two captions on the screen at the same time in the same frame. Not a big huge deal though, you'd have to expect there would be some limitations considering the price (free).

My first video upload. It's just a 2 minute video shot at a park with my daughter and my grandson. Weather was very "ify" and rain was near. A nice short demo video.
