AFP 9.55 not working

Post by obelix662000 » 02 Feb 2014, 00:20

After update to 9.55 it stopped working. Screen shows Ardrone connected, but no navstream data and no video. Tried several times, reboot, restart, etc, no luck. FreeFlifgt and FreeFlight 7.6 work OK on the same tablet. Am I alone? I'm using AFP for an year without any problems on the same tablet.

It's working fine for me on the devices I have from 2.3.6 up to 4.4.2 Android phones and tablets.
Also no reports from the beta test group who had it for about a week before I did the general release. I had been running 9.55 since Christmas and used it for the autonomous video I did on Dartmoor …
I actually updated to 9.56, but the only difference was fixing a map download problem with the new third party libraries.

You can check you have the latest play services by using Google maps.
Also Free Flight can grab all the navdata and not release it, so make sure you have killed it off, or just reboot your device and try again.
Finally check you have space on your SD card.

What device are you using and what version of Android?

Thank you, most likely something wrong happened while update, I'll try to reinstall the app. Android 4.2.2. CyanogenMod 10.1, nookhd 7". If it works for everyone sure it will work for me. Unfortunately I cannot check it right away because I'm using ardrone at my country house and there is no wifi hotspot around.
