LG G2

Post by UAvideo » 18 Feb 2014, 04:26

Anybody else using an LG G2 to pilot. I first used a HTC EVO and had no issues at all. Worked perfectly. I upgraded to an LG G2 and it connects to the drone but keeps losing connection either while flying and sometimes as I am in the settings. Go back to the WIFI and it reconnects. I have been testing it in the house for obvious reasons but kind of frustrating. I was looking forward to the larger screeen on the G2 but the EVO still works so I guess I will keep it around as my piloting device until I figure out the problem with the G2. Both phones have the same version of free flight. I am worried about updating firmware with the new phone as I fear I could lose ability with both.

Hi! I have a LG G2 as well and I think I have your same problem... When I'm around 20 m distance, I experience a loss of wifi connection and again gain of wifi connection. Have you found any solution?
