That can display the best video quality and audio quality possible If you like to strap a $300 go Pro camera to a $300 Drone and fly off into the wild blue yander. Help your self with that ideal I'm not that rich. Lol

Don't get me wrong, not knocking you in any way. I'd love to see more options available to us. Right now, I can't afford a GoPro either. I just want to try and help confirm the quality so folks know whether or not what you got is a good option. The only reliable way to do that is to manually count frames, which is why I offered to do it for you, if you can upload a clip at the maximum settings to a file download site. (Obviously not Megaupload lol).
Lol that's funny!!!
I'm not sure where I can send it.
You know a good site where I can upload it?
Mediafire and rapidshare are the two biggies, but there are quite a few choices:

The one on my computer is 1080p
Noticed that the video you uploaded for me isn't 1080p, it's only 720p. Are you sure this is a 1080p cam? If so, you must've accidentally left it set to a lower resolution. To test for frame dropping you want to use the highest possible resolution, to fully stress the camera's imaging and compression pipeline.

So far haven't been able to get a frame drop count as nothing is letting me get at it. Premiere Pro and After Effects won't display the video, and VLC won't step through frames. *sigh*

I'll get it, it's just a codec thing I'm sure... (Weird thing is I have Motion JPEG codecs installed, and they work on my digital SLR, which outputs 25 frames-per-second 1080p in Motion JPEG.)

Got it. Even in 720p video, it skips (duplicates) every fifth frame, so although it claims to be playing at 30 frames per second, it's actually playing at 24 frames per second. Not terrible, but that's only at 720p. I'll be curious to see what it does at 1080p...

So far my assessment of the dash camera is as stated I believe the dash camera works fairly well and gives you a fairly decent video quality although some people don't like the top Mount Ideale in my opinion it was the best possible place to mount it for center of gravity purposes and the need not to have to assemble landing gear I ordered a custom hard case to carry the drone and with landing gear it would not fit. With the top mount mod I designed it so you could take off the camera and install the outside or inside hall back onto the drone. And there is enough room in between the battery and the camera mount to use any size battery. Even Max Amp 2600. Modding it this way I can still keep it close as possible to the original design and care Ristic of the AR Drone.

Here Are Some Picz

P.S
I finally weighed the camera and mount to get a accurate reading the total weight is 70g. that's everything locked and loaded and ready to go

808, but not 808 #11 - it only has 480p, but you said it was $5, while the HD variant is $36

yes, that's the common feature of these cameras, that's why i used fisheye lens.

actually, comparing the picture quality of the standard lens of the keychain cam and your wide angle dash cam was probably wrong (or not fair). making a wide angle lens is always more challenging, so it's nothing surprising in that your dash camera is not perfectly sharp. the keychain cam + cheap fisheye lens is even less sharp.
well, in the perfect world the lenses for these cameras would be interchangeable :)
