Yeah, it'd be nice if things didn't have to get as far as they did with HighGainTuning before something is done. This place is pretty good during times of peace.

Moderating is a bit of a no win situation, people who take on the job usually get fed up of it.

There is only one problem and its an easy fix by Symon. I don't think there is any problem big enough that warrants any extra staff

Thanks daza for calling me and Appel sane and for the "nomination"........nice to hear that from the insane lol :P I've got a 6yr old that I moderate already, not sure I want more kids at the moment lol ;), though I would have to agree with Steve. There only appears to be "a" problem here and there which is easily remedied by one. When the forum grows, if it does, you always have conflicts in personality. Hopefully future conflicts remedy themselves by those involved being a bit mature and handling it like adults. Tattling and name calling obviously isn't what I'm talking about. Said it before.....nothing good to say/write....don't. Ignore it it and it'll typically go away. Respond to it and you're giving the attention it wants just like a kid acting out.;) consider it like in thread spam.....if someone posted links to a zillion Viagra...would you click'em? Chances are you'd read past them...suggest we do the same.

Thanks for the nomination. That means a lot. I'm happy to help out any way I can and give back to the forum. A little more moderation here with a tempered hand would be good at times. And I agree, it's probably just a problem of 1 right now which makes the job all that much easier.
