I purchased two of these units, one for V1 drone and one for V2.
I have only tried V1 so far and it works great. You can change the 4 available configs very easily when you are in landed mode.
It is very compact and truely PNP. If you want to use your iphone/ipad again, just unplug mod and go.
You want to use mod again, plugin mod and go..It is that simple.
I hold my mod on the bottom of drone with one square piece of velcro.
Comes with standard mini USB connector to connect to your computer for program updating if required.
It comes ready to go. Bind to Tx and setup your Tx and fly.
No response lag.
Highly recommended.

Hey AKCobra, the range is about 1500-2000 feet.
All mods are based on the Miru's software.
I use quality dsm2 compatible rx's so you will get excellent range.

I will have to get back to you with that information. I did add a plug for GPS and also the RX is ALOT thinner.

I have a 27Mhz and a esky 2.4Ghz but i think that none of them have dsm2.

Is dsm2 required? Di i have to buy a new TX?

My kits are DSM2 compatible but it doesn't mean that it can't be done with your hardware. The only thing that needs to be replaced is the RX.
Do you have the exact model of your TX? I can look it up and see how it can be done.

BTW, I do have the step by step but for Spektrum TX's. I can always add to the guide as I get new requests.

Looks like that TX only works in Heli mode and not ACRO. The AR-Drone mod can only work in ACRO mode.
Sorry but you will need a new TX.
