I've done all these, including swap the 2GB with an 8GB SD card. It gave the same issue.
When use the Navistick on my pc, it works fine as a memary stick, copy, delete, play files, etc.

Navstick 2G SD card recording issues
Keep getting "memory full" message when using the internal 2G storage in the Navstick. Even it was completely empty and the Free Flight showing > 1 hour recording time.
Anyone had the same issue? if so, how to correct?
I've formatted the memory few times as FAT32.
TIA

Re: Flight Recorder "on the cheap"
hmm very strange.. i tinkered with the gps this morning, and I finally got the drivers to work on my laptop (renaming the device means the drivers don't recognize it.. I had to do manually specify the driver).. it's actually working okay with SIRF demo. I put it back on the drone, and I got 2d fix ...

Re: Flight Recorder "on the cheap"
Tried all 4 usb ports. No dice -:( On each occasion, SiRFDemo was able to connect to and communicate with the device
Will try on my Mac when get home.
Just a quick question: what version of Windows do you all use to re-program the stick?

Re: Flight Recorder "on the cheap"
Which driver do you have installed? Did you extract the whole package? The AN721 software might not work on XP, I'm not sure. Maybe you could try using the method from Application Note 144: http://www.silabs.com/support%20documents/technicaldocs/an144.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return fal...

Re: Flight Recorder "on the cheap"
[quote="Kyrt"]Now, how to get it working: 4. Download the Customisation Utility from SiliconLabs (AN721SW.zip). 5. Use the utility to change the VID to 19CF and the PID to 3000. Pawelsky's thread has a screenshot - this process is the same as the DIY flight recorder. 6. Click "Program device" to mak...

" (Optional) Install Parrot's flight recorder drivers. This should allow you to use it in Windows, e.g. with the apps that came with it."
Dose anyone know where to get the above-mentioned drivers? TIA

Re: Wheel Antenna Mod - significant WiFi performance upgrade
Haha! I already told my story on another post but it's far now :P Personally I don't consider it a fail, just a weakness of the solder mask on the main board, but here how it was easily fixed : http://imageshack.us/a/img12/9823/img20130304190704.jpg I teared off the solder mask after the soldering ...
