Re: Parts? Buy another Drone

Yep, many of us arrive at the same conclusion . Should you buy a second drone for parts or buy the parts you need? Something to think about... I've published an article with information you may find useful in making the best decision for you . the bottom line is the cost of a new AR.Drone @ $299.00,...

Not quite home-made, but another game for those longing to shoot and not be shot. This from a developer we know, ARTommy of Drone Control. --jim

Re: Fix for erratic forward left movement

Only the bearing mod. I flot-trim before each flight and I have the latest firmware installed. My props likely need balancing and the indoor hull has been chipped away somewhat by the props. That's about it. Thanks! --jim

Re: Fix for erratic forward left movement

Thanks! I only fly outdoors. This happens with both hulls, but to a lesser degree with the outdoor hull and no hull. Maybe I have a hull issue. --jim

Re: Fix for erratic forward left movement

Thanks for your posts and starting this thread. I get a 12-degree or so yaw left on take-off. I'd like the nose on the drone to point to "12:00," the direction it was pointing on the ground, after lift-off. I followed the steps you list. My yaw problem did not change. What might I do next. The turn ...

Agree and where would you mount it so that water is a non-issue and you still have stable flight from the drone. Flight stability with either will be a challenge. The best...

Re: I have NOT heard of this before--"My Drone Won't Take Of

I'm having a similer problem with my drone not lifting off. However, the led's on the right side, as you face the front, are red, during startup. The led's on the left are green, along with the led at the bottom center. Does the red led's indicate a connection problem? They're green when I first co...

Re: Deans versus Tamiya plugs

Thanks Symon, mf25053, Jason-@-MaxAmps.com, TuTenkamun, & rcpilot for your comments. I'm interested and also think the information is good for all drone flyers. For now, I plan to remain stock. --jim
