Hello,

the flypad only communicates via Bluetooth. It does not stream video. The iPhone (Smartphone) communicates directly with the drone to get the video stream over wifi.

Sweet and delicious apps for your drones.

Hello,
I have the app and the camera connected, but the video link always drops off when I lift off and the controls on my smart phone don't work. My phone seems to be running on 4G as the mambo is connected to WiFI - i imagine this is why the connection is lost. Is this what would be happening?
Thanks
James

Hi James,
what you can do/test:
1. Switch off 4G on your phone and of other phones nearby.
2. Check your surroundings for any "Wifi pollution" with a Wifi Analyzer app. How crowded are the Wifi channels in your house and which are free?
3. Look into FreeFlight Mini settings "camera": change Wifi channel to a free channel you found with the Wifi Analyzer.
4. Switch off any computer and other radio devices.
