Has anyone delayed in trying out their drone because it was a gift in the dead of winter only to have the Parrot 'support' people refuse to help in the spring because their battery is beyond the six month warranty? Shouldn't a company be responsible for something working when it comes out of the box as a brand new item?
Terrible story. Especially still happening on an AR Drone 2.0. They are not doing business well and treating customers like dogs. That's why 30% Parrot employee were laid off on 6 months ago.
