AR DRONE 2.0 max payload?

Problems of AR Drone 2.0, Freeflight 2, Flight Recorder GPS, Qgroundcontrol... etc.

or you could just put a usb thumb drive in the drone and record from
the front camera to the usb stick in full 720p

make sure the thumb drive has a metal case i have heard that the

drone makes some sort of interferance and wont record if its not metal cased

Has anyone tried (especially indoors and where you don't require nimble performance, mostly hovering) to use some helium filled balloons to offset the extra load of the camera? I'm thinking of doing this myself - will post results as soon as I can get my hands on some balloons...
