How to find the correct TTY

Post by sesc360 » 09 May 2015, 22:43

Hi all,
a very exciting forum I found here! I am so glad about that. I am new to the Parrot Drone 2.0 and want to learn more about coding for it. To be more specific, I want to learn a lot about the "hardcore" coding. I am writing software for a few years now on mobile devices, but I want therefore to dig deeper into the "real stuff". So I read some things about it already. Now I want to learn more from you guys!

First question would be: How do you usually find out, on which device a microcontroller is working on? For example the ARDrone 2.0 uses the dev/TTYO0. I would like to know: how do you find that out? I heard about something like interceptty but can someone show me how to do it the right way with that? Of course I read about the correct device. But how do you find that out?

Thank you guys! Your posts are really great!
