Sorry it took so long but I finally started posting files. See the following links:

Everything works, but I have a bunch of separate projects containing prototype code. I'm in the process of combining everything into a single project, adding automated testing, and writing a bunch of documentation. As of right now, the code from the Github repository builds and runs on a PC running linux. I'll post the AR Drone configuration as soon as I can.
